[/quote] The last time I saw one of these parades of morons on dirt bikes and ATVs, they were doing their thing by Audi Field, as thousands of people were streaming into a soccer match. These low-lifes decided that would be a great time to speed down Potomac Avenue. I don't know if they're stupid, malicious, or both. And the DC police stood around like idiots, rather than arresting as many of these guys as they could, and confiscating their toys. [/quote]
