They are out to get attention and wreak havoc. It's dangerous, illegal and needs to be stopped.
About 90% of what you wrote is stuff that people driving cars do also. I wish we'd work on that with even half the gusto you have for cracking down on ATV riders.
You routinely see drivers in cars jump sidewalks and ride into oncoming traffic on purpose? Where do you live?

Utterly pathetic. I bet they spent more time trying to learn how to do that than learning in school, a trade, or some other valuable life skill that'd pay them a decent salary. I bet they're the same kind of losers that would complain about the system being 'rigged' and that they deserve govt hands outs for UBI.
How about no. Spend you're time learning something useful you ass clowns.

Seen it multiple times. Do we have a local police force?
This is a cultural thing. You need to stop judging and deal with it.
You need to stop defending people who put lives in danger.
Can anyone elaborate on the bolded part please?

It pretty much means that if you are black and poor in the city you have carte blanche to terrorize other tax paying citizens and the inept mayor will do nothing about it. It is the reason police are leaving the city in droves, why bother?
Okay? More like it’s a traditional and recognition that there are limited avenues for kids to have fun in ways that are not over regulated and literally policed. While certainly it’s illegal and a public safety hazard the determination is that they are going to keep allowing the kids to express themselves and do it until someone gets seriously hurt.

Why would anyone want to be a cop in DC.
Because it's a freeloading gig, only requires h.s. diploma, and you can easily milk overtime and make over $100,000 if not $150,000 a year and then retire with a full pension & platinum health care for life in your 50s? People grossly exaggerate the danger of being a cop. And no cop is in some violent ghetto for decades, at most you do that crap when you're a rookie for a year or two, then you job hop to a freeloading desk job or out to the cozy suburbs.
DC requires 60 undergrad credit hours, or an AA.
I’m so embarrassed for you.
60 whole hours?
You’re aware that hours and credit hours are different, right?

NP. That's not true. The 60 undergrad credit hours are not necessary if you have 2 years of prior military or police experience.
