Similar situation. I see walkers in the neighborhood pitch luxury water bottles in the same exact spot over and over. I don't know if it's the same 1 or 2 jerks or if others see the first 1 or 2 bottles, then pitch theirs in the same spot; monkey see, monkey do. It adds up to dozens if we don't clean it up like bi weekly. And I'm quite sure they all consider themselves environmentally conscious liberals, too. I've never ever thrown a water bottle when walking. How damn lazy do you have to be to hold an empty water bottle for 10 or 20 minutes?[/quote]
