So don't know if all age groups were like this, but at the end of the second day they made the boys who didnt make it watch the players who did play against each other.  Ninety plus degrees out, they've been busting their asses for two straight days, then fully insult them making them sit through a game for a team they didn't make. That was 08 boys.  Normally at tryouts, they just thank the kids for coming and say we'll let you know kind of thing.  These coaches made the kids, who never had a sniff of the best field, sit and watch a final game with the kids who had been told they made it.  Many parents were pissed with them adding insult to injury. [/quote]

Wow. I hope parents say something. I found the East region camp to be a mess this year (I have a daughter). Not well organized, minimal field time (the coach couldn’t handle more than one small group at a time and had the others standing on the sideline and observing for 20 min at a time), minimal scrimmaging. Just a complete waste of time and money. [/quote]
