The idea from the PP isn't a bad idea in theory as long as the teams are run well, organized and most important, communication is key.  The plan and how tryouts and next year's teams should be detailed in communication so girls know where they stand.

As far as the tournament comment, I believe the clubs are waiting until all of the tournaments are finished to communicate the placement on teams for the new year/season.[/quote]
