I live here (the one who posted they travel to Glenmont frequently). It’s a great neighborhood, but prices have really gone up, and it’s competitive. One house recently had something like 30 offers on it and went way above asking. I think Glenmont is a reasonable alternative.[/quote]

I was very surprised and am super curious why it didn’t go for more. We saw a much crummier house with a similar layout go for $75k over ask at $600k. [/quote]
