I read into as lack of talent and development. Its. not the kids fault the club formed the team and placed them in a competitive league a good bit to advanced for them to tread water in. Is it the clubs fault for lack of coaching/development or putting lower level players in too high a playing level.? The answer is yes a little bit of both. The club could be very good is they found an honest place where as a whole they belong. NCSL is the perfect fit for them to develop and measure results fairly . Instead of entering teams in the ECNL. with the thought we can strike out with 10 teams in hopes that 1 will hit a home run. So far this philosophy hasn't worked out at all.[/quote]
