That looks awesome to me because my kid is getting a chance to punch above his weight. I'd love for my kid to get to play against better competition. Likely to quickly improve that way. Oh, I guess you were planning on hanging that U14 trophy up in your basement so that you could get over the miserable failures of your childhood. Yeah, different priorities.

On the contrary, I like my DC to play against better teams. I think you may have misunderstood where I'm coming from. My DC doesn't play for BRYC. They play against them. Three times this year. The problem is that, while that may be useful for BRYC, it's not useful for the teams they play against. And it's fine to be the worst club in the league. But when you're this gloriously bad, it's probably better for everyone, and certainly for everyone else, if you find a different league which is more your speed.

Your pulling standings and statistics is even sadder when it's not even your club. Go watch your kid, enjoy the chance to see them play before they grow up and escape you (even if you're bored), or just drop them off and stay home and spare yourself the torture of having to spend an hour or two at the soccer field.

What team is your kid playing on? Maybe we can check his / her individual stats and see how they stack up.

This isn't a stat line for a team. This a for the club. This shows how bad they are collectively. I read into as lack of talent and development. Its. not the kids fault the club formed the team and placed them in a competitive league a good bit to advanced for them to tread water in. Is it the clubs fault for lack of coaching/development or putting lower level players in too high a playing level.? The answer is yes a little bit of both. The club could be very good is they found an honest place where as a whole they belong. NCSL is the perfect fit for them to develop and measure results fairly . Instead of entering teams in the ECNL. with the thought we can strike out with 10 teams in hopes that 1 will hit a home run. So far this philosophy hasn't worked out at all.

It is so odd to me that you have nothing better to do than worry about what these teams are doing. Pull their records. Why do you care? Seriously.

Why? Why? Because I have to sit through the damn games. Totting up the record takes about 2 minutes. Watching the games - that's the real waste of time.

You don't *have* to sit through anything, and if you're that toxic I suspect your kid would be a lot happier if you'd just drop them off and pick them up when it's over.

Then pull your kid and put them into SFL.
