Vape cartridges sometimes have harmful substances in them. You didn't read the whole thread. Someone mentioned a conversation with a DC LEO who said something like, "Tell us if you see pot smoking in public. We can talk to the person. But we can't make an arrest." So I wouldn't say never ever. 'Almost never' may be accurate though, sadly. [/quote]
