Well, if they watched the documentary there are accusations that JE shot tigers in the head, and buried them. Even pups when they got too big. And the story that he promised a woman that he will take care of her horse and make sure he is happy. Minutes after she left he shot the horse in the head and fed him to tigers.
Apart from being racist, JE is a terrible, cruel person that kept his lover on drugs. I think people who think it is funny to dress like a such a horrible person, are likely not at all in tune with what could be perceived as racist, insensitive or offensive. No doubt, OP posted this to stir trouble here.
The reason we have argument about what is racist and what is not is that many people are not aware how their words or actions might sound and appear racist, even if that was not their intention.
