She has been using about half on out of state residents. This has been distributed through special clinics and signups, not the third that has been going through the web/telephone GOV signup for residents. (The other bit appears to be hospital/patient lists).If going forward she retained DCs vaccine allotment for DC residents and added it to the pool, would we not have enough to put up a tent? [/quote]
