[/quote] My son used to go to sleep at about 9 pm, But since then I have tested out the 11 o clock bedtime and he has been was more alert and it seems his grades have improved. It seems that when he talks to his friends he is less stressed out during the day, as most of his friends let their kids be awake at 11 Pm By the way, he wakes up at 9.[/quote]
