Not clear to me in reading this if the spectators are a different count than the players. That is a huge distinction. I read it as separate.[/quote]

Resurrecting this post since now parents are starting to talk about it.  I also interpret this to be specifically for spectators.  Does that mean that with the upcoming tournaments there can be no spectators?  You will for sure have more that 25 parents total between both teams.  I am not sure how you can split that up per team 12.5 spectators each.   :D [/quote]
