The death rates are creeping up slower, and are a trailing indicator, and we do have better treatments, but even with all that it is not constant and on the rise. It is the morons and deniers like this that undercut us rational folks, who try to make arguments based on real science and data, that some of these outdoor size/sport restrictions do more harm than good.
