This.  Then if he has not conceded and either the litigation continues or we have a tie in the Electoral College, i believe will we have what’s known as a contingent election.  Apparently this has a few types, two of which are discussed here.  If you’re really into it, I’m sure there are some more detailed academic articles and you could always read the Constitution.

If the litigation remains pending, then I believe Pelosi (or her successor) becomes President temporarily. By contrast,[b] if we have a tie in the Electoral College, then I think Democrats have a problem because the House votes for President, with each state’s delegation getting one vote.  Republicans control more state delegations than Democrats, so they’d have more votes and would protege this Trump.  [/b] But don’t take my word for certain because I’m just beginning to read up on this myself.
