No, tryouts ended last Wednesday. We knew it was a long shot since some of his teammates trying out had done this for several years, and we have not due to basketball. Honestly, my son is not super into futsal the way he is soccer, I just thought that it would be a fun thing for him to do since basketball is cancelled. Oh well.

Our tryouts ended Wed. as well and we haven't heard anything either. I'm thinking the delay is probably due to them still figuring out the details for outdoor futsal before offers go out or perhaps they are still trying to lock-down use of all the outdoor courts they want with the city of Alexandria.

The offers have been sent out. I personally know kids on girls side have received the offer over the weekend. I'm sure they are on rolling basis and the offers likely were sent to those that are their 1st choice.[quote]

To be clear:  offers for same age groups and genders may have gone out already, but for groups that did not finish tryouts until Wednesday, they might not have gone out at all. Even if they did, that process takes some time to unfold. For those groups that just finished, offers would probably start today for red teams today. Once top team is full, next round of offers go out, etc.[/quote]
