P.S. I do not understand people who leave their dogs outside barking all night long.  We had one neighbor whose dog would bark nonstop for hours.  It was outside when it was 100 degrees in the summer and below freezing in the winter.  Do these people not love their pets enough to look after them and ensure their comfort?  I just assume that the dogs are either physically uncomfortable or lonely outside.  [/quote]
