You don't see all the hosts moving all the time.[/quote] Yes. The problem with YHL is that they are more into decorating than actual renovation. They have had great projects, but prefer to do the work themselves (cheaper and more control) and move at a slow pace for the industry's standard. I believe it would be a struggle for them to make decisions, work with contractors, manage unforeseen problems and sell houses in a reasonable time. Also, flippers have a reserve of cash that comes and goes in big chunks with projects. That would make J and S too nervous.[/quote]
