There is no way to get 60,000 cases a day "under control". We can crush the virus back to the level of controllable with some more radical action than what is being done now.

The problem is that then you need to keep a lot of restrictions in place to keep infections under control- I think that is where our country will fail.  NYC did pretty much lock down in the spring but people are over it and want to go back to some semblance of normal.[/quote]
