There are other countries with similar stats to Italy who are also doing well, who never had Italy's high death rates. These are the stats we need to have NOW to be able to reopen. We need to be: 1) testing a LOT of people. 2) have a 2% positivity rate 3) have 20 new cases per million per day or less Italy is doing it. Other countries that didn't have Italy's experience are doing it. Some of our states are doing it.
