I believe you and appreciate your individual attitude but I also how that general attitude by higher education to not respect the customer is going to get crushed by the coming downturn. Numbers of students were already dropping because of the next generation is smaller and covid will only accelerate the financial pressure on colleges and universities. [/quote]

Look the kid waited till 11:59 to submit. It’s his fault. I imagine the vast majority of the class was able to get the assignment submitted on time or a few days early. Changing the rules now is unfair to the students who followed the rules. If the kid had a problem you contact the professor before the dateline. [/quote]
