Because now her lupus drug is also needed during a pandemic. And doctors have the right to prescribe it to their sick patients as well. She doesn't get 'first picksies'.

And yes, a drug of choice is a drug that works best for that particular disease for that patient. It doesn't have to be a controlled substance.[/quote]
