McDonalds sucks yet people still go because they like it. We aren't discussing quality if HS soccer. The issue is that girls play and thus any league that offers elite travel while also offering the ability to pursue HS is better than other options.

Pursing rec soccer is not a better option. Sorry, but the product is crap. You pay $10,000 a year for ECNL training to walk away from it for 3-4 months.

Tell me your kid made Varsity soccer and I'm unimpressed. It is a crap product, coached by crap coaches played by lots of crappy soccer players. [/quote]
HS soccer is fun for the kids that play just like any other school related activity. It is also not a “product.”  But you seem to be very invested in calling it crap, for something you think is crap. Why so vested? I can probably guess ...  [/quote]
