What should we do about women who have naturally high testosterone levels? Or Androgen insensitivity? They are XY but have "female" external genitalia. Or any number of Intersex conditions?

For most people it is not complicated.  People like Bruce/Caitlin Jenner are born one sex and then identify as another sex.  Do you think that Jenner should have been able to compete as a female?  i don't.

No. They are a person who developed biologically as a man and then chose to surgically alter their body with surgery and feminizing hormones.  It doesn't change the fact that their body developed as a male, though.  [/quote]
