I have a major beef too with how much of our taxpayer money is spent in the East end of Alexandria City (Old Town, Del Ray) as opposed to the West end (Quaker and West). We need to consider changing our election rules to show equal regional representation. Council Woman Pepper lets her alleged West End constituents down time and time again. Long past time for her to be voted out.

Alexandria City is not being well run by Council and Staff. Don't complain when it affects you and you said nothing!

PP, correct.  Unfortunately Pepper has completely lost whatever value she may have had at one time.  She supported Justin’s slaughterhouse.  She was totally ineffective on the Seminary Road mess.  She is completely silent about the scooters in my front lawn.  Silent in the dumb school board plan to put west end kids in a stripped down high school.  Crickets on Duke traffic.  She’s just valueless.  Needs to step down. [/quote]
