Great, since we’ve agreed that laws incentivize behavior, let’s impose mandatory minimums for all violent crimes and since we agree that brains are not fully formed until at least 25, let’s agree that the mandatory minimum for any violent crime will be commitment/imprisonment until at least age 25 (but may be much, much longer depending on the crime).
