Now it's the Kardashion, J lo, Eva Longoria, Beyonce era. You have to be thick with a small waist, thick hair, huge lips, racially mysterious, bigger frame, etc.

She did nude scenes in "About Last Night" and topless in "Striptease" and admitted to getting breast implants. The difference in size was obvious. There was no point in denying it.
80s Demi was demi:

I just think Demi is a broken person. There's nothing amazing or inspirational about her as a person or as an actress. She knew she wasn't Meryl Streep or even Julia Roberts, so she resorted to sex appeal early on.

I'm sure she's had botox, but no fillers - which always, always, always look weird. Even if people compliment you - they're lying. They look weird. Sorry.
Moisturize, drink lots of water, drink rarely, don't smoke, stay out of the sun, exercise (cardio AND weights), but don't fall for being super thin or skinny. Money can help with the details, but all of the aforementioned are attainable by just about everyone and will go a long way.
Also eat plenty of nutritious complex carbs like oatmeal, lentils, sweet potatoes, etc. The low carb keto super skinny chicks will age far worse.
Okay but I.lo has never drank alcohol ever. She has never spent time in the sun.
She has been doing whole 30 since January.
She has fillers in her smile lines.

How do you know that? Carbs are not a 50 year old woman's friend. She is not eating lots of carbs. No way. No how.

Complex carbs are EVERY woman's friend. Every human's friend. Not a white bagel, but a sweet potato. Yams. Like all the healthiest, longest living on the planet earth eat.
She has worked with a number of nutritionist/trainers. She eats mostly lean meat and vegetables with a small amount of complex carbs like nuts, oatmeal and quinoa.
She drinks tons of water. She does not drink alcohol or caffeine.
I can about guarantee you that her diet is low carb full of non-starchy veggies and lean protein.
