Oh, you're not? Then guess what? You are NOT your own boss. Meaning you have quotas to meet, have to do x,y,z because the REAL owner makes money that way. 
Stop it with this "Girl boss" and "Be your own CEO" BS. You WORK for a company. You just work from home like many of my coworkers do who work for our company.
