Op, if you don't want to listen tell them to zip it.  Say "yes, you've said that before."  Then change the subject.  Tell them to find another job.

I know a lot of teachers.  None of them complain constantly.  Yes, June is met with a groan because kids are nuts then.  But the constant complaining I read about on DCUM?  I've never heard it in real life.[/quote]
