These days BCC is mostly overrated. It's academics get it a 7 which is pretty marginal especially for its elite demographics.

About half of WJ and Einstein and some small portion of BCC will end up at Woodward because of overcrowding in 4-5 years.[b] Buying in the Einstein area of Kensington is a shrewd investment[/b]. [/quote]

I'd argue it makes more sense to buy in the Wheaton cluster. The area zoned for Viera Mill ES is more likely than any Einstein ES to be rezoned for Woodward. Of course it's all a guessing game at this point.[/quote]
