It's academics get it a 7 which is pretty marginal especially for its elite demographics. About half of WJ and Einstein and some small portion of BCC will end up at Woodward because of overcrowding in 4-5 years.[b] Buying in the Einstein area of Kensington is a shrewd investment[/b].
