The only good coach is Clyde

By far the best girls youth coach in the area. Nationally known. A wonderful guy. One of the nicest guys you can have the privilege of meeting.
ok, tell me how/why?
Most every college coach has him in their iPhone or Android, and they implicitly trust what he has to say. I've known of some college coaches who cannot attend a tournament and they ask Clyde to watch a game during his break between the games involving his own teams so they can get Clyde's impressions of a player from some other club.
that’s not a good follow-up as to how he is the best coach. That’s a recruiting and evaluation of talent spotting.
What other girls youth coach in the area (or anywhere) coached Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach and Homare Sawa? The latter two were FIFA women's world players of the year, and Mia won a ton of world and national awards.
If you have the opportunity to have your daughter play for him, grab it!
aaand there is the pitch for recruitment. FOMO at it’s best. Please provide some more specifics as to how he’s different now that McLean isnt one of two of the only ECNL clubs in town?
After reading this whole thread, I've learned two things about Mclean: 1 - If you are a U-little, avoid Mclean like the plague because there is a really bad coach there messing up the girls program for a lot of people; and 2 - If you are U13 or above ECNL player, then other then 2006 squad, consider ID'ing for one of these other teams if you can get Clyde Watson. Like PP, I am interested in #2 given that there are several ECNL and Academy teams nearby. Does Clyde have better coaching skills then his peers, or does he just have the best network to get placed? I understand the recruitment pitch for him, but what is different in the training?
+1 Agree with this. And we are at the club!
