PP here, just to follow up: I know the Lites won't work for girls with heavy flow, but it seemed to work OK as a starter. She said it was fine for half an hour in the pool (she was at a different, non-water-sports focused camp the week it started, fortunately). I figure if her flow gets heavier in future, at least she's got the hang of it now, and she can work up to whatever she needs.[/quote]
