I am not sure you have thought through this well - the issue is not whether your kid will make friends with kids of a certain kind. To continue in the same superficial vein, the issue is will there be any opportunity at all for a kid to have any friends of that kind.

Also - let me get this straight - you looked for diverse schools, and did not place any importance specifically to Indian kids, and your kid ended up in a school where he has five Indian kids in his class?!  And *you* are preaching?![/quote]
