I did it for a couple years when my daughter was u10/u11 age. Involved maintaining the calendar, carding (and laminating & maintaining cards) all the kids, managing guest players, preparing rosters, registering and checking in for tournaments, paying refs (depends on league), and general communications. We had a treasurer to handle the money, but I was also able to sign checks and use the account for team purchases (like a bench). It can be a lot of work. [/quote]
