most MLS boys academies u14 and up are completely cost free with the exception of DC united and maybe a few others. Even DC United is super affordable in comparison to DAs and ECNL teams in this area. $2500 all in for u14s and $1500 for older age groups.

For teams that have managers, what exactly do they do? Are you talking about being the primary communicator or about administrative things like rosters and organizing trips? What else?
