One of the mothers I attend church with and she brags about creatively gaming the Welfare system. She's 22 with 3 children and has not attended college. I volunteer in the nursery with her and the entire time she "plays" on her phone. She's a paid employee. The other mother has 5 children and her grammar is truly awful. Most of her teeth are missing.
