This is true. All schools have issues and Churchill is no different. It is, however, at a different level than Rockville and RM (except magnet).

Yes, in some ways, the issues are worse.  Schools with too many kids from wealthy families and those with too many kids from poor families have issues that are different sides of the same coin.[/quote]
