I’ll translate-

Penn state is where you go to die a miserable long death in a frat house or to watch kids get raped in the showers for 10+ years straight by losers in the and think it’s ‘normal & a okay’.

Penn yields a beautiful old campus with a high crime issue but an incredible education amongst other bright kids.
My kids didn’t choose it but it’s an amazing school. Business school? Rich entitled prepsters to be avoided unless you’re into marrying rich.

Pooping off the balcony onto pledges? Penn State.
Dodging criminals & rich prepsters on your way to an incredible education? U Penn.
