If OP tells, the cheater is going to know it was her who told (or he will make an educated guess).   Come on!  He sees OP in the cafe and his wife finds out soon after that he was out with another woman.  You do not need CSI to crack that one.  His wife has a right to know - but OP has the right to keep herself and her family safe. This man lives in close proximity to OP and has access to her and her family. I would stay out of it.  He knows that you know and that may enough motivation for him to tone it down. [/quote]
