We had the option of adhering to a strict dress code or being costumed in a suit each day. I had an impressive wardrobe of knee length sheath dresses and blazers all the way into my 30s from that job. Looking back, I'm SO glad for the guidance instead of having to guess what appropriate female business attire was. Lots of my peers were still shopping at stores like Forever21 and trying to make it professional. [/quote]
