Wait, so[b] this is an event for parents and their 125 kids?[/b] Holy crap. That's not a quick 20 minute photo outside. Certainly something this large should have gotten buy-in from the admin.

At this time of year there are a million other things going on during the day -- 5th graduation is two days away, there are probably staff meetings, library packing, other classes have their own events. The custodial staff may be overstretched etc.
