No, you must have a reading comprehension issue. I am the poster who is posted the screenshots multiple times and I specifically said it was in a hearing. It’s not hearsay, it was sworn statements in a hearing leading up to the trial. You are under oath during a hearing.  [/quote]

You don't need to insult me. On the previous page someone wrote this, and it was not clear they were referring to the hearing, as they mentioned it in a list of other things that were admitted at trial. I also never said anything about hearsay.
