4. Admitted into evidence: Letter to Juliana. Brendan wrote that his mother Tess created a hostile environment in the home (every day) and how it affected him. No mention of his child being affected by this hostile environment.

Along with Count 4 child endangerment, 3 and 4 above will certainly be all CPS or whatever agency needs to give custody to the Benson family (grandparents and aunt).

I have no doubt the former au pair will be a part of the child’s life (not custodial). She loved both CB and V. They were both in her bridal party. They had weekly calls. Many posts on her Instagram.

Can you PLEASE stop with the fantasy speculations about this child’s future custody arrangement, her former babysitters and how you are certain they will step in to help her, what wedding she was a flower girl in, etc. It’s borderline creepy. [/quote]
