M&D DC is not the B team for M&D Black. They exist as separate organizations. If the M&D DC girls choose to try out for M&D Black they can, but it also may not be in their best interest to try to break into an established team and earn playing time if they are already a starter on M&D DC. Both teams can co-exist and win without pillaging from each other. A better example than Heros 26 would be coppermine 28s. They tried to bring in all the top talent to an already stacked team and it backfired. M&D DC can be its own branch and be successful without stepping on M&D Black’s toes. I am happy to see them be successful, and I hope it continues and it becomes an option for girls who don’t want to travel to Maryland and don’t want to play for Capital either. [/quote]
