NP. This might be a tad anecdotal but we were at a VA state park over the weekend.  While parking and then getting ready to leave we noticed not a few passengers from cars with MD plates exiting their cars and then very carefully and deliberately masking up - both adults and young people, regardless of age.  Outside.  To go hiking or exploring.  It wasn’t even overly crowded.

Are some people wearing masks outside? Yes, especially people who are waiting for the bus (masks required), and people who have just come out of indoor places where they were wearing masks. Are most people wearing masks outside? Absolutely not.[/quote]
