To me, it sounds as if Baldwin was NOT an executive producer. I'm not sure that being executive producer is that crucial in determining responsibility; if it is, though, I don't think Baldwin was one.

Moreover, other news reports say that it wasn't AB personally who was the producer; his production company was the producer. So, IF those reports are accurate, a corporation would be liable if a producer is liable, not AB personally.

Who can be charged with criminal responsibility will depend on the details of what happened which we do not yet know.[/quote]
