You're right this is what I've read in every other case.[/quote] Apparently in Virginia, these cases involving underage defendants start off in juvenile court and then from there they can get charged as an adult. But they always start off being charged as a juvenile. So far it doesn't sound like this guy is well enough for the charges to proceed. He may never recover enough to go to court.[/quote]
