He’s a retired postal worker who was there for every single day supporting his son. It’s hard to say what we each would do in the same situation. Perhaps he really didn’t believe his son could’ve been capable of this.[/quote]

i agree that bbs father and stepmother get more ire than is appropriate. There’s no indication that they acted inappropriately. I’d extend this sentiment to big momma’s partner. i’m not aware of credible information indicating big momma’s partner acted bad.
