[/quote] I'm not a lawyer, but from my personal experiences with other people, he will be sent to a max, or a medium to max (depending on the wings/buildings) at least initially. As he develops his prison record he will be transferred to a medium building/wing with non-violent prisoners (not that his crime was non-violent, but his behavior in prison). At no point will they allow a 2x times convicted murderer to be in a minimum center. [/quote]
